Direction of Legs and Feet
The biggest issue I see when it comes to posing for men is keeping your feet together and pointing towards the camera. See the below image as a prime example. When men stand with their feet together, it tends to make them look smaller, more timid, and lacking of confidence.
The solution to this is to put one leg forward and angle your body/feet away from the camera while having your chin face the camera.
Positioning of Hands for Photos
Where you put your hands can actually have a huge impact on your photos. The most standard issue I’ve seen men do is keeping their hands to the side of their bodies or putting them together over their crotch. Do not do this! Putting a single hand or even both hands in your pocket is significantly better. Try to do something with your hands, whether its fixing your watch, fixing your tie, the buttons on your suit, or even just typical hands in pocket.
